About the game
Lumi's Words of Light is a faith-based word-puzzle game that turns Bible verses into personal discoveries. Players join Lumi, a gentle light-being, to solve missing-word puzzles drawn from 30+ Scriptures, each followed by a reflection framed as God's own love letter to the child. The story

Lumi's Words of Light does something quieter and harder to forget. A glowing companion named Lumi offers the player one Bible verse at a time, each with a single word missing. LOVE. PEACE. POWER. GRACE. REFUGE. FATHER. PATHS. HEART. The player solves the puzzle, fills in the gap, and the full verse opens up alongside a message written as though God were speaking directly to them.

From the developer
We built Lumi's Words of Light because we kept hearing the same thing from parents: "My kid knows the Bible stories, but does he know the Bible speaks to him?"
That question shaped everything about this game. We didn't want another trivia quiz or memorization drill. We wanted a child to open a verse, solve for the missing word, and then read an application that felt like God wrote it for them that morning. LOVE. GRACE. REFUGE. Each word unlocked isn't a point scored. It's a promise received.
A few words about the puzzle format. When a child works to find the right word, they engage with the verse differently than if they'd scrolled past it. They think about context. They consider what fits. And when the answer clicks into place, they've done more than complete a level. They've held a piece of Scripture in their hands and turned it over until it made sense.
